Because each item is made with care, we follow a fair and transparent return and refund policy explained below:

📦 5-Day Return Policy

You have 5 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging intact

  • Must include receipt or proof of purchase

We'll share the return shipping details and instructions after reviewing your request.

📍 Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

✅ Eligible Refund or Replacement Conditions

We only offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • You received a wrong product

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • Your order is incomplete

Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

🌍 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 5 days, no justification needed.
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If yes:

  • Refund is processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Banks may take additional time to reflect the refund
